Dr. Karen Poehailos is a family medicine physician with First Med in Charlottesville. Dr. Poehailos was the medical director for the Pregnancy Centers of Central Virginia from 1997 – 2004, and is continuing to volunteer her time and expertise there. Dr. Poehailos has a special focus on fertility issues and unplanned pregnancies.
