Robyn Coale graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s in Dietetics and Public Health and completed her Dietetic Internship at the University of Virginia Health System. After the internship, Robyn began working with Dr. Martin Katz and Dr. Zach Bush at Revolution Health Center restoring foundational health through lifestyle and nutrition intervention, stress reduction, and education. In 2012, her desire to reach a larger audience led to the establishment of her private practice, Nutshell Nutrition, to counsel others about a non-diet approach to healthy living. Robyn’s passion lies in helping peopling break free of yo-yo dieting by focusing on eating nutrient dense foods, eating MORE, and celebrating wholesome food. She has been featured in SELF magazine and has spoken at the Charlottesville Vegetarian Festival, UVA Heart Center, and local businesses. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine Practice Group.
