As a Personal Consultant, Dr. Daria will assist you to find the Sacred in your life, redefine and reclaim your identity and role, reinvest in yourself and your future, act as support in your re-identification process. This enables you to understand and accept where you are now and discover where you want to be. Sometimes you may not even know where that “where” is, until you talk with a practitioner. She shows you the choices you have to live life to its fullest. If you don’t like the way your life is going then change it. Do you want to have more input into your Finances, Home and Relationships? Then talk to a practitioner to discover how you can make that happen.

My Philosophy
Life is full of experiences. It’s up to you how YOU choose to respond. When you respond in a positive manner, life provides you with more opportunities for growth. Once your initial consultation has been completed, Doctor Daria offers a variety of services to assist you in living your life by design. Individual Sessions include creating a Life you truly want to live. You will learn how to set Goals and create an easy Action Plan in order to reach your purpose. If you want a relationship with yourself and others wherein you feel secure, happy, joyous and fulfilled, then Individual Session is for you.

PAID IN ADVANCE:
If you pay 24 hours after our initial talk,
a 1 hour session is one time $95.
Starter Package for $150 Includes:
60 minute phone sessions on a specific subject

Beginner Package for $1500 Includes:
1 hour phone sessions 2x month for 3 months on a specific subject

| Payments |
There will be questionnaire prior to the session for you to define goals for the session and beyond. These questions will be brief because of your busy schedules and/or children at home. Time is valuable. It is always a client issue. The questionnaire tells where, you, the client have been and targets the goal. Each session requires a few questions that will be designed for more in depth discussion. Sessions are 2 weeks apart for processing information and projecting outcomes.
SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
Her office hours are 10:00 AM- 6:00PM Eastern Time Zone, Monday through Friday with special appointments for weekends. If you are a new client, you will need to send some preliminary information ahead of time. This will be supplied to you after the appointment has been made. Please try to have this information submitted and sent either by email or post prior to the appointment in order to be reviewed ahead of time. If Dr. Daria is unable to take your call because she is with a client or away from the office, her voicemail is confidential for a message to be left. Please repeat your name and telephone number (in case interference prevents her from understanding it the first time) and leave a good time of day for her to return your call. If you have an alternate telephone number, like a cell or work number, please include those in your message. For your appointment, you will be required to call Dr. Daria’s office at the arranged time.
If you desire to have your appointment recorded, please let me know and you may record the session. Recording qualities are never guaranteed so it is important to take notes during the call. If you should need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please be reminded that there is a 24 hour cancellation notice. You will derive the most benefit from a session if you have a list of issues and questions you want addressed and send them prior to the session.
Methods of Payments:
If your appointment is by phone, you can pay by check, cash, money order or PayPal. Payment is due IN ADVANCE of long distance session at least 10 days. Please send your check or money order to Dr. Daria Brezinski to P.O Box 4741, Charlottesville, Virginia 22905. When Daria receives it, she will call you to schedule the appointment.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
If you decide to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance so your appointment time can be given to someone else. If you call less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment or if you fail to call at the appointment time, you will be charged for the missed appointment or for insufficient notice.
